No pressure

When we talk about pressure nowadays most people will relate to it as something they encounter in their personal or professional life. Life moves fast and there’s no time to waste. There’s a lot of pressure on people to achieve and do lots of things.

Next month marks the 10th anniversary of moving into our house. With the help of friends and family we renovated this house from 1955 to become our home.

If you’re a house owner you’ll see that after some years things can start to break. Last Thursday we had a reality check. We had no water pressure anymore!

Okay, it’s a different kind of pressure but it reminded us again how fortunate we really are. For us it was just a matter of waiting a day for someone to repair it and we’re back in business.

But there are still people in the world who do not have access to water. I’ll add this to our shortlist of yearly donations and see to help someone to get access to water.
